| U.S. Senator Udall's son arrested in Colorado on drug charges Thursday, Jan 30, 2014 04:54 PM PST  The 26-year-old son of U.S. Senator Mark Udall was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and trespassing over accusations he tried to break into cars and admitted he was doing heroin, police in Colorado said on Thursday. Jedediah Lee Fox-Udall was taken into custody on Wednesday after residents in Eldorado Springs, Colorado, just south of Boulder, called police to report that a man was breaking into cars in their neighborhood, said Commander Heidi Prentup of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. Before deputies arrived, park rangers who were already in the area had detained Fox-Udall, who fit the description of the man breaking into the vehicles, Prentup said. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said in a statement that he was authorizing trial prosecutors to seek the death penalty against Tsarnaev, who is charged with committing one of the largest attacks on U.S. soil since September 11, 2001. Holder had faced a Friday deadline for deciding whether to seek the death penalty as part of Tsarnaev's upcoming trial in Boston. Bieber was charged late on Wednesday with assaulting a limousine driver in Toronto and the Toronto Star newspaper reported Thursday that the driver in the alleged assault in December quit his job "in shock" following the incident. The charges over the last week now put Bieber at risk of serving jail time. On Thursday, a report by the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney said Bieber had marijuana and prescription medication for anxiety in his system when he was arrested in Miami Beach. | Amanda Knox Found Guilty of Murder, Again Thursday, Jan 30, 2014 01:14 PM PST  Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito were found guilty of murder in the third trial in Italy over the death of Knox's roommate, Meredith Kercher. Knox, who is currently in Seattle, and Sollecito have already appealed their 2009 convictions twice. According to ABC News, Italian law doesn't require either Knox nor Sollecito to be present while the verdict was read. | Woman arrested in London terror raid to face court Thursday, Jan 30, 2014 12:19 AM PST  A woman charged with attempted murder following terror raids on three properties that also led to the arrest of the teenage son of a senior British diplomat, will appear in court on Thursday.
