Almost 57 percent of Matsu's voters opted in favor of government plans to build a casino, Taiwanese media reported. Saudi police arrest prominent Shi'ite Muslim cleric

Saturday's clashes between security forces and armed Fulani herdsmen erupted after the military said they intervened when fighting broke out between Fulani migrants and indigenous tribes in the Barkin Ladi district in Plateau. Eni blames sabotage for Nigeria oil spillage

Reuters - MILAN/YENAGOA (Reuters) - Italian oil major Eni said on Sunday there has been an oil spill on its Nembe-Obama pipeline in Nigeria's onshore Niger Delta due to sabotage. "Repair work has started. The wells of Nembe South have been closed with minimal impact on production," a spokesman for the company said. In 2009, Eni said its net output in Africa's biggest oil producer was 128,000 barrels per day (bpd).
