BOISE -- Officials with St. Luke's Health Systems announced the first babies born in 2013 at their hospitals in Boise and Meridian. A baby girl named Clarissa was born at 1:01 a.m. at St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center to Mike and Nance Chou of Boise.  She weighed 7 pounds and 12 ounces.
