Apple has sought to raise the $1.05 billion damages awarded to it after a U.S. jury found in August that Samsung acted willfully when it violated several of Apple's patents. Hoax tweets send Audience shares atwitter

(Reuters) - Shares of Audience Inc plunged more than 25 percent in a matter of seconds on Tuesday afternoon before quickly recovering after false reports were posted on social media site Twitter saying the specialty chip maker was being investigated for fraud. Apple announces iPad with double storage capacity

Apple, which has sold more than 120 million iPads so far, said that the new iPad will go on sale February 5, in black or white, for a suggested retail price of $799 for the iPad with just Wi-Fi model, and $929 for the version that also has a cellular wireless connection. Nokia invests $250 million in venture funding

It would be the third fund for Nokia Growth Partners, Nokia's global venture firm which invests in mobile hardware and component companies as well as digital advertising startups.
