Reuters -  LYTHAM ST ANNES, England (Reuters) - Tiger Woods will start as favorite to win his 15th major title while Luke Donald and Lee Westwood spearhead the home challenge in the 141st British Open starting later on Thursday. Briton Barry Lane will hit the first shot at 0630 (0530 GMT) local time under what should be clear skies following a sudden break in the wet weather which has left the links course drenched in water and even more difficult than usual. Reuters - TULSA, Oklahoma (Reuters) - Two men accused of going on a shooting spree in Tulsa that killed three African-Americans and wounded two more said they were having "a contest" to see who could shoot the most people, an uncle of one of the suspects testified on Wednesday. The testimony by Timothy Hoey, the uncle of suspect Jake England, was during a hearing to determine if England, 19, and co-defendant Alvin Watts, 33, should stand trial for the Good Friday shootings. ... Reuters -  WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Washington Redskins' offense received a boost Wednesday with the signing of Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Robert Griffin III, the second overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. Terms of the contract were not announced but NFL.com reported the fully guaranteed deal to be worth $21.1 million over four years. The team has an option for a fifth season.
