Human Papilloma Virus is one of the most prevalent and commonly spread sexual transmitted infections globally. According to Marilyn Procope Beckles, Acting Primary Care Nurse Manager at the Scarborough Health Centre, more than forty types of HPV have been discovered and can be passed from one person to another through sexual intercourse, infecting the genitals of both males and females.
