Every Thanksgiving, even before the leftover turkey and trimmings are gone, I begin to think about the types of cookies I will be baking for Christmas. My things-to-do list starts with making room in the freezer for the cookie dough and finished cookies. I've found that freezing the cookies allows me to concentrate on other holiday chores such as shopping and decorating.
