Glencoe Capital, a Birmingham-based venture capital fund, has purchased Budco Holdings, a provider of e-commerce and other business solutions to a wide range of clients. It is one of Highland Park's largest employers. Glencoe made the investment through its Michigan Opportunities Fund, which looks for growth-oriented companies that are in Michigan or that may do business in the state.
