At issue is a law passed by Oklahoma in 2011 but never enacted due to legal opposition that bans the off-label use of drugs known to have abortion-inducing properties. Florida college reinstates marching band suspended after hazing death

The band, which has performed at the Super Bowl, Grammy Awards and presidential inaugurations, had been suspended since November 2011 when 26-year-old drum major Robert Champion collapsed and died after a football game in Orlando, Florida. ...

U.S. FDA approves new Baxter drug for hemophilia B

Researchers also found those who suffer the heel injury and do come back tend to perform at a lower level than they did before getting hurt.
