AAA is offering free rides to anyone who drinks a little too much New Years Eve. The "Tow to Go" program will take place once again this holiday.   The program offers a free ride home for impaired drivers only not for passengers.  Call (757) 631-1700 for the ride.  You can get a ride from any city in Hampton Roads.  The program runs through Sunday.
