A ‘Quick and Light’ pasta salad

The basis for this Pasta Salad with Tuna and Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette recipe is from my Quick and Light Cookbook. The only thing that I add is a can of drained albacore (packed in oil) and some green stuffed olives to make it my own. You also can add some thinly sliced salami, marinated artichoke hearts or mild peppers as other optional ingredients. The recipe serves 4. |
