PARIS (Reuters) - World number eight Jo-Wilfried Tsonga saved five match points in a breathtaking third set tiebreak to edge out Australian Bernard Tomic on Friday and qualify for the Marseille Open semi-finals. The third-seeded Frenchman, who lost the first set, eventually grabbed the tie-break 12-10 to seal a 4-6 6-3 7-6 victory after two hours five minutes. Judge clears legal hurdle to Seattle basketball stadium

SEATTLE (Reuters) - A Seattle judge dismissed a lawsuit on Friday that sought to block plans to build a $490 million stadium south of downtown, clearing a major hurdle for an investor group aiming to bring back the city's sorely missed basketball franchise. Oilers celebrate goal against Kings during their NHL hockey game in Edmonton(Reuters) - Edmonton Oilers forward Taylor Hall has been suspended for two games for kneeing Minnesota Wild forward Cal Clutterbuck, the National Hockey League said on Friday. The incident occurred late in the third period of Edmonton's 3-1 loss on Thursday when Hall rammed into Clutterbuck, sending him out of the game.
