IT TAKES a while for me to clear my mind each time I wake up in the morning. Yes, I am one of those people who need time to start up each day. I need a few minutes of silence before anyone starts talking to me after I wake up. Otherwise, you would be speaking to half my brain who sadly still wants more sleep!
