Being found guilty after the fact rarely changes the dynamics of what occurred before the fact. Yes, Samsung was found guilty of multiple counts of infringing on Apple’s patents. And yes, it will be forced to pay damages. However, no judgment can correct the permanent change in competitive landscape that these patent violations help create. |
