Police: 16-year-old believed to be driver in crash that killed Colchester woman

Detective Sgt. Charles Cole briefs the media at the site of a fatal crash on Bay Road in Colchester that killed 25-year-old Tasha Maring. The driver is assumed to be a 16-year-old male who was taken to Fletcher Allen Health Care following the crash, Cole said.
