One dead, more than dozen hurt as storm rips through baseball party tent

Rescue workers surround the site of a beer tent blown down by high winds in St. Louis(Reuters) - One person was killed and more than a dozen others injured on Saturday when a thunderstorm packing high winds blew down a beer tent on to baseball fans celebrating after a St. Louis Cardinals' game, police said. Several of those injured when the tent blew over were listed in critical condition at area hospitals, St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer Sherri Bruns told Reuters. Bulls' Rose is helped off the court after getting hurt during the second half of their quarter-final playoff basketball game against the 76ers in Chicago(Reuters) - Chicago and Miami opened the National Basketball Association post-season with comfortable wins on Saturday but the Bulls paid a steep price for their victory when Derrick Rose was ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury. Reuters - (Reuters) - One person was killed and more than a dozen others injured on Saturday when a thunderstorm packing high winds blew down a sports bar's beer tent on to baseball fans celebrating after a St. Louis Cardinals' game, police said. Several of those injured when the tent blew over were listed in critical condition at area hospitals, St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer Sherri Bruns told Reuters.
